How fast will I get my order?
- Normal Delivery: 3-5 business days, with a 36-hour processing time (weekdays only). This is the most economical option and covers all areas in Malaysia.
- Next-Day Delivery: For orders within West Malaysia placed before 1 PM on weekdays, your package will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders after 1 PM will ship the next business day and arrive the following day.
- Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only): Orders placed before 5 PM on weekdays will be delivered the same day. This service is unavailable on weekends and holidays.
What if I miss the cut-off time?
Don't worry! Your order will simply be processed the next business day following the cut-off you missed.
Example:
- Order on Friday before 1 PM: Receive on Saturday (if within Klang Valley for Same-Day Delivery) or Monday (for Standard or Next-Day Delivery).
- Order on Friday after 1 PM: Receive on Tuesday (Standard or Next-Day Delivery).
- Order on Saturday or Sunday: Receive on Tuesday (Standard or Next-Day Delivery).
What about pre-ordered items?
Pre-ordered items may take 10-15 business days to arrive, potentially longer for rural areas outside Malaysia. Your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is back in stock.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
